How these Terms apply when you use Polysignals.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polysignals Inc. website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Signals are for transparency and education only.

Polysignals is a transparency and research platform. We do not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Signals, ratings, comments, discussions, and other content on the Service are submitted by users or generated for informational and educational purposes only.

• No content on the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and risk management.
• Past performance (including Polyscore or signal history) does not guarantee future results.

Who may use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the required legal age, you may only use the Service with consent from a parent or guardian.

• You provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• You keep your credentials secure and confidential.
• You comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Your responsibilities for account access.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions by anyone who gains access to your account credentials, whether or not you authorized them.

• Do not share your password or authentication tokens.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• We may suspend or limit accounts to protect the Service, users, or comply with law.

What you can and cannot do.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access the Service using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide.

• No illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the Service.
• No attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• No exploiting hacks, bugs, or platform limitations to inflate your Polyrating or leaderboard position.
• No uploading malicious code or content designed to disrupt the Service or other users.
• No spreading misinformation, false claims, or bad‑faith narratives intended to confuse other users about markets, signals, scoring, or the Service.
• No derailing signal threads, comments, posts, or discussions away from the topic (including spam, off‑topic campaigns, or coordinated disruption).
• No insulting, defaming, or openly attacking Polysignals, the Service, our team, or our systems in comments, posts, theses, or other public content on the platform.

Bannable offenses; raise issues with support, not in public threads.

Polysignals is a forecasting and discussion community. Constructive disagreement about markets and predictions is welcome. Using the Service to spread misinformation, hijack conversations, or publicly insult the platform is not.

The following are bannable offenses and may result in content removal, comment restrictions, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban of your account and related accounts, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice where needed to protect the community:

• Spreading misinformation or knowingly false statements about the Service, scoring, markets, or other users.
• Derailing or disrupting signal threads, comments, posts, or community discussions.
• Openly insulting, harassing, or badmouthing Polysignals or our team on the Service.
• Repeated spam, brigading, or campaigns intended to undermine trust in the platform rather than discuss forecasts in good faith.

If you have a complaint, disagreement, or concern about Polyrating, scoring, moderation, features, bugs, or any other aspect of the Service, you must communicate directly with our support team (see Contact below). Do not air grievances by posting insults, spreading false claims about the platform, or derailing other users’ signals and threads. Good‑faith support requests will not be treated as a ban offense.

Exploits, mandatory reporting, penalties, and account bans.

Polyrating, ranks, streaks, leaderboards, and awards are provided at our discretion to reflect genuine forecasting performance. They have no cash value and give you no ownership or vested right in any score or standing.

“Exploits” include, without limitation: hacks; bugs in the Service, our software, or related systems; and limitations of the current platform (including data delays, scoring edge cases, incomplete features, or other known or unknown constraints) that a user intentionally abuses to gain an unfair advantage.

If you find a bug, hack opportunity, or platform limitation that can lead to unfair competition—including unfair Polyrating gains, leaderboard climbing, or other competitive advantage—you are required to report it to us immediately at ekram@polysignals.app and must not use it. Any use of such a bug, hack, or limitation will result in penalties under these Terms. We will not penalize good‑faith reports that are made promptly and without abuse.

You must not use exploits, automation, duplicate or coordinated accounts, or any other technical or procedural loophole to obtain Polyrating, rank, awards, or other platform standing that you would not have earned through legitimate use of the Service.

• We may invalidate affected signals and reverse, withhold, or recalculate any Polyrating or standing obtained through abuse.
• We may apply Polyrating penalties, adjust or reset standings, and remove you from leaderboards and award eligibility.
• We may restrict, suspend, or limit account features while we investigate suspected abuse.
• On repeated or severe abuse, we may permanently ban your account and any related accounts.
• We determine what constitutes an exploit or abuse at our reasonable discretion, and we may act without prior notice where needed to protect the integrity of the Service.

Content you submit and how we may use it.

If the Service allows you to submit content (for example: text, images, signals, comments, or posts), you retain ownership of your content.

You grant Polysignals Inc. a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and create derivative works from that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• You confirm you have the rights and permissions to submit the content.
• You are responsible for your content and any consequences of publishing it.
• We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Data providers and limitations.

Prices, charts, ratings, and other market data on the Service may be provided by third‑party vendors. Such data is provided “as is” and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.
• You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of market information.
• Use of third‑party data may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

External services and links.

The Service may integrate with or link to third‑party websites, tools, or services. We do not control third‑party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third‑party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our IP and your rights.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Polysignals Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.

Identity checks and compliance obligations.

To protect the integrity of the platform and comply with applicable laws, we may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / “KYC”) or additional information from some users.

• We may limit or suspend access until verification is completed.
• We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• You agree to provide accurate information during any verification process.

How access can end.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we must comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Certain sections (for example, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply where legally allowed.

No warranties.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limits on damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polysignals Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

In jurisdictions where certain limitations are not allowed, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Where and how disputes are handled.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polysignals Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

How we update these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an update on this page).

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
